- 500 graam bonales chikan
- 1 bada pyaaj, baareek kata hua
- 2 bade chammach monez
- 1 bada chammach adarak lahasun ka pest
- 1 chammach kali mirch paudar
- 1 chammach dhaniya paudar
- 1/2 chhota chammach jeera paudar
- 1/2 chhota chammach haldee paudar
- namak svaad anusaar
- 1 bada chammach tel
- sajaavat ke lie hara dhaniya

Step 1 :- Ek pain mein tel garam karen
kali mirch Chicken banaane ke lie sabase pahale ek pain mein tel garm karen. - tel garm hone par isamen baareek kata hua pyaaj daalen aur sunahara bhoora hone tak bhoon len.
Step 2:- Adarak lahasun ka pest daalen
Jab pyaaj sunahare bhoore rang ka ho jae to isamen adarak-lahasun ka pest daalen aur khushaboo aane tak pakaen. adarak lahasun ka pest kaee bhaarateey vyanjanon mein ek pramukh ghatak hai aur yah pakavaan mein ek alag svaad jodata hai.
Step 3:- Masaale daalen
Adarak lahasun ke pest kee khushaboo aane par isamen dhaniyaan paudar, jeera paudar, haldee paudar aur kaalee mirch paudar daal deejie. ye masaale pakavaan mein svaad aur sugandh jodate hain. masaale ko 2 minit tak paka leejie.
Step 4:- Ab meonez daale
Masaala pak jaane ke baad isamen 2 tbsp monej daalakar tel alag hone tak pakaen. yah dish mein ek malaeedaar banaavat jodata hai.
Step 5:- Chicken aur namak daalen
Jab tel alag ho jae to isamen boneless Chicken aur svaadaanusaar namak daalen. Chicken ko naram aur rasadaar hone tak pakaen. isamen lagabhag 10-15 minat ka samay lagana chaahie.
