1. Sabse pahle, Chicken ko dhokar saf karen aur use ek baḍi patr main rakh den.
2. Ek badi pattiyo wale karhai main tel aur ghi garam karen. Jab tel garam ho jae, to usameṃ jira, Shahi jira, chakr dar chak phul, lauṃg, Hari elachi, patta badi ilayachi, jayaphal, jayatri, mayatri aur dar chini dalkar unheṃ tab tak bhune jab tak ve masale choṛdne lageṃ.
3. Ab usme Kati Hui pyaz dalkar unhe sunahara hone tak bhune.
4. Tamatar ki pest dalen aur sath hi haldi powder, Lal mirch powder aur namak dalkar milaye.
5. Ab dahi dalkar masalo ko miliye aur Chicken tukron ko dalkar achchhe se milaye.
6. Chicken ko masalo main achchhe se lapeteṃ aur use 15-20 minute tak pakayen, tāki chicken masale main achchhe se sendha ja sake.
7. Ab chawal ko dhokar achchhe se nikal len aur unheṃ masalo ke sath milayeṃ.
