- 1 kg Chicken (tukdon mein kaata hua)
- 4-5 chammach maida
- 4-5 Chammach cornflour
- 2 Chammach adrak lehsun ka paste
- Namak swaad anusar
- Kaali mirch swaad anusar
- Tel for frying
- 1 Badi pyaaz (kata hua)
- 1 Badi shimla mirch (kata hua)
- 4-5 Hari mirch (kata hua)
- 2 badi gajar (kata hua)
- 4-5 Chammach Manchurian masala powder
- 3-4 Chammach soya sauce
- 3-4 Chammach tomato sauce
- 3-4 Chammach vinegar
- 3-4 Chammach hari pyaaz (kata hua) - garnishing ke liye
** Chicken Manchurian recipe: **
1. Pehle Chicken ko dho kar saaf kar lein aur tukdon mein kaat lein. Tukde chhote hone chahiye taki wo achhe se pak jayein.
2. Ek mixing bowl mein maida aur cornflour daalein. Isme thoda sa namak aur kaali mirch powder bhi daal dein. Ab isme adrak-lehsun ka paste bhi milayein aur thoda sa paani daal kar smooth paste bana lein.
