Tandoori Chicken recipe Ingredients :-
- 1 kg Chicken
- 1 kap Saada Dahee
- 2 bade chammach Neemboo ka ras
- 2 bade chammach Vanaspati tel
- 2 bade chammach Tandooree masaala mishran
- 1 bada chammach laal Shimala mirch
- 1 bada chammach pisa hua Jeera
- 1 bada chammach pisa hua Dhaniya
- 1 bada chammach keema banaaya hua Lahasun
- 1 bada chammach keema banaaya hua Adarak
- 1 chammach Haldi
- Namak svaad anusaar
Tandoori Chicken recipe :-
Step 1 :- Ek bade katore mein, Dahee, Neemboo ka ras, Vanaspati tel, Tandooree masaala mishran, laal Shimala mirch, Jeera, Dhaniya, Lahasun, Adarak, Haldee aur Namak ko milaen achchhee tarah milaen.
Step :- Chicken ke tukadon ko Banaye hue mixture mein daalen, sunishchit karen ki ve achchhee tarah se lepit hain. katore ko plastic raip se dhaken aur kam se kam 4 ghante ya behatar hoga ki raat bhar ke lie Fridge mein rakhen.
Step 3:- Ek gril pain ya ek badee kadaahee ko madhyam-tez aanch par garm karen. chipakane se rokane ke lie satah par Halka tel lagaen.
Step 4:- Mixture kie hue Chicken ke tukadon ko garm gril pain ya tave par tvacha kee taraph se neeche rakhen. lagabhag 5-6 minat tak pakaen, ya jab tak ki Chicken par achchhee tarah se jalane aur gril ke nishaan na aa jaen.
Step 5:- Chicken ke tukadon ko palaten aur 5-6 minute tak pakaen, ya jab tak Chicken pak na jae.
Step 6 :- Pakane ke baad Chicken ko pain se nikaalen aur kuchh minute ke lie aise hee chhod den.
Step 7:- Tandoori Chicken ko Taaja Dhaniya aur Neemboo ke Tukadon se Sajaakar garamaa garam parosen. yah Naan Bred, Chaaval ya Salaad ke Saath Achchha lagata hai.
